Adaptive and Efficient Data Transmission Method Based on New Satellite Network

Abstract For the satellite to ground data transmission in space-based network, worst channel conditions shall be considered, that is, link budget carried out according lowest elevation angle and farthest distance. It is extremely urgent make full use of limited power resources. An efficient adaptive method proposed rate increase with angle, so as maximize amount transmitted from transit window, reliability throughput information are improved. And effectiveness this verified by computer simulation.
